John reminded the crowds that genuine faith is more than religious activity or family heritage—it is a transformed life that bears fruit. True repentance produces visible change, and God desires hearts that are fully surrendered to Him.

On this Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who gave their lives for our freedom. We grieve the cost of that sacrifice, and we thank God for their courage.
